10.1 Upon dispatch of documents via courier, the Client’s name and delivery address are shared with the courier agency solely for the purpose of delivery. This sharing is limited, purposeful, and does not constitute a breach of privacy.

SK Document Centre bears no liability for delivery delays, loss, damage, or data handling by the courier agency post-dispatch. The Company will provide a tracking number and dispatch reference via WhatsApp or telephone. Courier charges are billed separately and are not included in the service fee.
